Independent Champagne producer in the Côte des Bar (Aube department), a grower-oenologist working on a small estate producing artisanal wines with attention to terroir.

Winery history
Trained in chemistry and in oenology at Reims, Nathalie Falmet took over the family estate and developed her own production. She began vinifying and marketing cuvées under her own name and works as a winemaker-enologist focused on limited, niche production, practising careful vineyard management and experimenting with different winemaking methods.
Production philosophy
In pursuit of fruit purity and respect for nature: sustainable vineyard management, low yields and artisanal care for the cuvées, and enhancement of the specificity of individual parcels to highlight typicity and minerality.
Terroir and vineyards
Located in Rouvres-les-Vignes in the Côte des Bar. The vineyards are planted on soils rich in Kimmeridgian, typical of the area.
