The Garda Pinot Nero DOC "Crocevento" by Monte Zovo represents one of the most elegant and refined interpretations of this varietal within the vibrant wine scene of Lake Garda. It is born from a careful selection of Pinot Nero grapes, famous for their delicate aromatic profile and the ability to intensely reflect their terroir of origin.

This wine presents itself with a ruby red color, transparent yet intense, immediately inviting tasting. On the nose, a complex and seductive bouquet emerges: notes of cherry and raspberry blend with floral accents and hints of aromatic herbs, conferring an unexpected freshness. All the olfactory elements are delicately enveloped by a veil of vanilla and sweet spices, a legacy of a balanced passage in barrique.

On the palate, the Garda Pinot Nero "Crocevento" reveals itself as immediately balanced, with a pleasant acidity and finely woven tannins that promise good evolution over time. The persistence is remarkable, leaving a velvety and warm sensation, with a lingering memory of the fruity and spicy notes.

Ideal for pairing with refined dishes of white or red meat, it is also perfect with medium-aged cheeses. Its elegance also makes it suitable as a meditation wine, to be slowly appreciated on a special evening.

The Monte Zovo winery is constantly committed to sustainability and quality, factors that are clearly reflected in every glass of this exclusive Pinot Nero. A wine that not only expresses the richness of the Garda territory but also testifies to the high Italian craftsmanship in the wine world.
