The Fiano Paestum IGP BIO by Pian di Stio from the San Salvatore 1988 winery represents a sublime expression of the Campania region, cultivated following the principles of organic viticulture. This white wine is produced in the protected area of the Cilento National Park, where the microclimate and particularly fertile soil give the wine unique and unmatched characteristics.

Its straw-yellow color with golden reflections invites tasting. On the nose, the Fiano Paestum IGP BIO displays a rich and complex bouquet; aromas of white-fleshed fruits such as peach and pear blend with delicate floral hints and nuances of aromatic herbs and minerals, typical of the Fiano variety.

On the palate, freshness is the distinctive feature, accompanied by good minerality and a balanced structure. The acidity is well balanced and harmonizes with a light savoriness that persists in the finish, making it long and pleasant.

This wine is particularly suitable for pairing with fish dishes, seafood, and fresh cheeses. Its elegance and aromatic intensity also make it perfect as an aperitif.

The Fiano Paestum IGP BIO by Pian di Stio is a wine that tells the story and terroir of Cilento through every sip, reflecting the commitment of San Salvatore 1988 in the creation of high-quality organic wines. A label that will significantly enrich any collection of fine Italian wines.
