The Passito Bianco IGT "Le Passule" from the Librandi winery is a distillate of elegance and tradition, hailing from the sunny lands of Calabria. This wine is primarily produced with Mantonico grapes, carefully selected and left to dry in the sun to concentrate their sweet and aromatic flavor.

The wine exhibits a rich golden yellow color, heralding the wealth of sensations that will follow. On the nose, "Le Passule" offers a complex bouquet, where notes of ripe fruit such as apricot and peach stand out, enriched by hints of honey and vanilla. The judicious use of wood during the aging process adds a touch of sweet spices and a slight toasting, which does not overpower but rather enhances the fruit's freshness.

On the palate, the wine is an explosion of sweet yet balanced flavors, with good acidity that makes it surprisingly fresh despite its sweetness. The texture is rich and almost oily, with a long and persistent finish that brings back the fruity and spicy notes already perceived on the nose.

"Il Passito Bianco IGT Le Passule" is a meditation wine, ideal for pairing with baked desserts, aged cheeses, or enjoyed on its own as a conclusion to a meal. It's also an excellent companion for evening conversations, where its aromatic and rich profile can stimulate pleasant chats.

With this wine, the Librandi winery continues to demonstrate its commitment to enhancing indigenous Italian varieties, experimenting with winemaking techniques that highlight their unique character and deep connection to the territory.
