Terramatta is produced with 100% Aglianico grapes grown in the Vesuvius National Park, on extremely volcanic and mineral soil, at an altitude of 250/350 m a.s.l. The grapes are carefully selected during the manual harvest then undergo cryomaceration for up to 72 hours, with fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature for about 8 days. Aging in steel for a period of 12 months then a short passage in wood, and finally 2 months in the bottle before being marketed.

In the glass it shows an intense ruby red color. On the nose stand out fruity and floral aromas of berries and licorice with smoky references. On the palate the taste is full and intense, with velvety tannins.

It is recommended to combine it with first and second courses of land.
