The Prosecco DOC Treviso Frizzante Spago from La Tordera winery is a sparkling white wine that encapsulates the true essence of the Treviso region. Primarily made from Glera grapes, this wine is an excellent choice for those seeking a refined yet fresh and lively beverage.

Visually, it presents a light straw yellow color and a fine, persistent perlage that immediately invites tasting. On the nose, the Prosecco DOC Treviso Frizzante Spago reveals a delicate aromatic bouquet with notes of green apple, pear, and white flowers that harmoniously blend with slight hints of yeast and almond.

On the palate, the taste is balanced and pleasantly acidic, characterized by a crisp freshness that accentuates its drinkability. The slightly sparkling finish makes this Prosecco particularly enjoyable as an aperitif, but it is also versatile enough to accompany light appetizers, fish dishes, or seafood.

Produced following traditional winemaking techniques, with a second fermentation occurring according to the Martinotti (or Charmat) method, this Prosecco maintains the fruit's freshness and aromatic integrity. The string closure, a historical method reflecting the product's authenticity and craftsmanship, not only preserves quality but adds a touch of retro elegance to its presentation.

La Tordera, a family-run company with a strong commitment to sustainability and environmental respect, has created in this Prosecco an exemplar that celebrates the Veneto wine tradition with a keen eye on modernity and innovation. A wine that offers a pleasant and stimulating drink, perfect for any special occasion or to add a festive touch to everyday moments.
