The cuvée for this sparkling wine is carefully selected, using only the finest grapes, to ensure a high-quality product that reflects the winery's philosophy of precision and passion. The prolonged aging on the lees, in the large Magnum format, intensifies the aromatic and taste complexity of the wine, enriching it with notes of toasted bread, dried fruit, and delicate hints of citrus and white flowers.

Visually, the Magnum Classic Method Sparkling Wine presents itself with a bright straw-yellow color, with fine and persistent bubbles that promise vivacity and elegance on the palate. The mousse is creamy and well-structured, a prelude to its balanced taste, where the fresh acidity is masterfully balanced by its rich texture.

Ideal for celebrating special occasions, this Arnaldo Caprai Magnum sparkling wine can also be a magnificent accompaniment to dishes based on raw fish, seafood, or as a sophisticated aperitif. Serve it chilled, at about 6-8°C, to fully appreciate its quality and refinement.
