The Rosso Rubicone IGT BIO by Vivi, produced in the evocative Rubicone area in Emilia-Romagna, represents an authentic organic expression of the territory. Made with typical grape varieties from the area, this red wine stands out for its genuineness and freshness, stemming from environmentally friendly cultivation without the use of chemical pesticides. The aging, expertly managed by the San Valentino estate, enhances the fruity notes of cherry and plum, accompanied by a delicate spicy aroma and a lively acidity that gives elegance and balance to the sip.

The Rosso Rubicone IGT BIO has a fresh and harmonious character, ideal for pairing with traditional Emilia dishes, such as meat ragù or aged cheeses. A sincere wine that expresses a deep connection with the territory and the biodynamic philosophy of the Vivi winery.

Since the late 2000s the estate has adopted natural/organic vineyard practices and has progressively reorganized production, focusing on a few selected varieties and distinctive product ranges.
Production philosophy
Production focused on respect for the land and the vine, employing organic practices in the vineyard and aiming to produce wines that reflect the character of the grapes and the local microclimate. The winery clearly prioritizes vineyard quality as the starting point for its wines.
