The Pinot Grigio vineyards are cultivated in Buttrio on land exposed to the south, in an area extremely suited to the cultivation and viticulture of excellence. The soil has a marl and sandstone composition, but mainly clayey. A low environmental impact defense is practiced in the vineyard, preferring the use of traditional products with low persistence. The vinification takes place in white, with soft pressing at a controlled temperature and an inert cover to avoid any harmful oxidation; controlled fermentation 15-18°C to help the release of the characteristic varietal aromas. Maturation In steel "sur lies" and subsequently in the bottle, kept horizontally.

When poured, it has a straw yellow color. The nose offers characteristic and elegant scents characterized by floral and fruity aromas of acacia flowers, golden apple, yellow peach, and notes of walnut husk. A sip that immediately appears exuberant but evolves velvety and full, with extremely long fruity notes, accompanied by a very pleasant freshness.

A perfect wine as an aperitif, which lends itself well to accompanying dishes based on fish and shellfish and first courses seasoned with delicate sauces.
