The Spumante Puro Rosé in Magnum format by Movia is a vibrant example of elegance and freshness, born in one of the most picturesque wine regions of Friuli Venezia Giulia. This sparkling wine fascinates with its freshness and the skillful expression of the Pinot Nero grape, cultivated with biodynamic methods on schistous soils rich in minerals, which give the wine a unique and mineral character.

The aging takes place according to the classic method, with a long secondary fermentation in the bottle that gives a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it opens with scents of wild strawberries, fresh cherries and light floral nuances, accompanied by more delicate notes of bread crust and toasted almond. On the palate, it is vibrant, balanced between acidity and softness, with a fruity persistence that invites the next sip.

Perfect to accompany seafood appetizers, shellfish or delicate Japanese cuisine dishes, this rosé sparkling wine is also ideal as a companion for festive moments, thanks to its versatility and elegant charm. A refined choice for those seeking authenticity and character in every toast.

Azienda Agricola Bovio Gianfranco – Winery in Piemonte (Langhe, La Morra / Castiglione Falletto)

Discover the story and wines of Azienda Agricola Bovio Gianfranco.

Family-run winery in La Morra (Piedmont) producing Barolo and other typical wines of the Langhe, showcasing the estate’s individual crus through parcel-by-parcel vinification and traditional methods.
Region: Piemonte (Langhe, La Morra / Castiglione Falletto)
Country: Italia
Founded: 1976
Grapes: Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, Chardonnay
Family-owned winery operating for multiple generations. Vineyards distributed across the historic crus of La Morra and Castiglione Falletto. Portfolio featuring various Barolo labels as well as Nebbiolo Langhe, Barbera and Dolcetto. Emphasis on parcel-based vinification and traditional methods. Renovated tasting room and wine shop open to the public.
Winery history
The Bovio family has been in La Morra for generations. In the 1950s and 1960s Alessandro Bovio farmed grapes on a small scale. In the 1970s Gianfranco renovated the winery, and in the following years the estate began selling Nebbiolo and Barolo. Since then the estate has expanded and modernized the winery, and management has gradually passed to the next generations.
Production philosophy
The winemaking approach is founded on respect for tradition and the land: each vineyard is vinified separately to express the characteristics of the individual cru, with artisanal care in the vineyard and cellar and aging in large casks where appropriate. Attention is focused on patience, precise management of the parcels and fidelity to the character of the Langhe.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards located in La Morra and partly in Castiglione Falletto, with estate crus designated as Annunziata, Rocchettevino, Parussi, Gattera and Arborina. The estate reports approximately ten hectares of vineyards distributed across the principal MGAs of the Langhe, with vinifications carried out separately by parcel.
Awards and recognitions
Bovio's wines have received high ratings from international critics: in particular, their Barolo expressions have earned high scores from James Suckling, Robert Parker and Wine Spectator across several vintages.
