The vinification and refinement are carried out with extreme rigor in steel containers, with the aim of preserving the aroma and freshness of the Vernaccia. Poured into the glass, it reveals a fascinating straw yellow colour, compact and bright, which anticipates a unique experience.

The aromas of apple and peach dominate at the beginning, with a freshness that captivates the senses. Subsequently, typical notes of almond and acacia emerge, further enriching the aromatic bouquet.

In the mouth, it offers impeccable balance, accentuated by a lively freshness that gives dynamism to the palate.

This wine is the perfect choice to accompany fish-based starters and first courses. Its versatility also extends to vegetarian cuisine, where it enhances the fresh and genuine flavors of the dishes.
