The Da-Di Rosso Toscana IGT by Avignonesi is a vibrant expression that is deeply rooted in the fertile land of Tuscany. The name "Da-Di" is inspired by the ancient terracotta vessels used in winemaking, paying homage to traditional techniques that are revisited with a modern outlook in this wine.

Originating from the Tuscan hills, renowned for their ideal climate and mineral-rich soil, this wine is primarily made from Sangiovese grapes. The vines, cultivated with organic methods, reflect a commitment to sustainability and environmental respect, two fundamental principles for Avignonesi winery.

The vinification occurs in terracotta amphorae, a choice that allows the wine to develop a unique complexity and purity of aromas. The result is a red wine that presents itself with a lively ruby color, promising a rich and authentic sensory experience.

On the nose, the Da-Di offers a seductive bouquet of ripe red fruits, notes of cherry and plum, accents of aromatic herbs, and a delicate spicy touch. On the palate, it reveals itself as balanced and harmonious, with a well-integrated tannic structure and a persistent finish that leaves room for reflections of fresh fruit and earthy touches.

Ideal to accompany dishes from Tuscan cuisine, such as pappardelle with wild boar ragù or bistecca alla fiorentina, the Da-Di Rosso Toscana IGT by Avignonesi is an excellent choice for those wishing to explore the richness of the Tuscan terroir through a genuine and expressive wine.
