Chateau Moneins Haut-Médoc è un vino prodotto con uve provenienti da vitigni Merlot e Cabernet Sauvignon provenienti da agricoltura biologica, su una superficie vitata di 7 ettari.
La famiglia Fèdieu non usa assolutamente diserbanti chimici per il mantenimento del suolo, l’azienda Schröder & Schyler coltiva infatti le sue vigne nel pieno rispetto del territorio, usando esclusivamente zolfo e poltiglia bordolese per la lotta contro le muffe e l’oidio. 
La vinificazione viene effettuata tradizionalmente in vasche di acciaio inox, così come l’affinamento che ha una durata di 18 mesi.

Nel bicchiere si mostra con un caldo colore rosso granato; il bouquet che offre all'olfatto è un tripudio di aromi tra cui spiccano note di ciliegie e frutti rossi. Al primo sorso si percepiscono i tannini che sono molto presenti e alquanto piacevoli.
Un vino rosso che si abbina perfettamente a piatti con salse importanti, formaggi stagionati e secondi piatti di carne rossa.
