In the heart of Veneto, the renowned Astoria winery presents us with the Prosecco DOC Treviso Millesimato Extra Dry "Butterfly," a sparkling wine that best expresses the tradition and excellence of the region. This prosecco stands out for its finesse and elegance, ideal for accompanying festive moments or a refined aperitif.

Characterized by a fine and persistent perlage, "Butterfly" boasts a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it opens with an intense and fragrant bouquet where notes of green apple, pear, citrus, and floral nuances are recognized, along with a slight hint of yeast that enriches the aromatic profile.

On the palate, its freshness is balanced by a pleasant creaminess that makes each sip enveloping. The sweetness is well-balanced by vibrant acidity, typical of Prosecco DOC wines. The aftertaste is clean and persistent, with echoes of fresh fruit inviting another sip.

The vinification follows the Charmat method, allowing the wine to maintain the freshness and aromaticity of the Glera, the predominant grape variety. This vintage prosecco, with grapes selected from a single harvest year, ensures superior quality and particular attention to detail in production.

Perfect as an aperitif, Astoria's "Butterfly" also pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, fish, and seafood dishes. A glass of this prosecco elevates any occasion, making it an unforgettable moment.

Invite your guests to discover the essence of Prosecco with Astoria's Millesimato Extra Dry "Butterfly," a brilliant example of how tradition and quality can merge in a glass of sparkling wine.
