The Champagne Besace Millesime Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut from Bardiaù House is a refined and intensely characteristic expression of the Champagne terroir. Made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, meticulously selected from the best vineyards in the region, this champagne stands out with its robust structure and distinctly fruity aromatic profile.

The winemaking process involves traditional methods, respecting the long maturation times on the yeasts which endow this champagne with unparalleled complexity and finesse. The uniqueness of the Millesime lies in the selection of grapes harvested in a single exceptional year, making each bottle unique and incomparable.

Visually, it appears with an elegant golden color and a fine, persistent perlage, a sign of quality and care in production. The nose exudes vibrant notes of ripe fruit such as peach and apple, with hints of spices and hazelnuts due to aging. On the palate, the strength of the noir is balanced by a lively freshness, with a creamy texture that envelops the palate and leads to a long and pleasantly mineral finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Champagne Besace Millesime Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut pairs beautifully with fish dishes, shellfish or even finely seasoned white meats. It represents an excellent choice for celebrating special occasions, offering a true high-level sensory experience that leaves an unforgettable impression.

Winery history
The Bardiau family has been growing vines in the Ource valley for generations. The current in-house production project was launched by Jérémy Bardiau around 2015. The estate has developed as an artisanal operation focused on the specific characteristics of the individual vineyards in the southern Côte des Bar.
Production philosophy
Artisanal, low-intervention approach: agronomic practices aimed at reducing pesticides, fermentations often entrusted to indigenous yeasts, and winemaking designed to highlight the character of each cru. The stated goal is to achieve clear expressions of the terroir with minimal intervention in the cellar.
Terroir and vineyards
Verpillières‑sur‑Ource, in the southern part of the Côte des Bar. The estate's soils include calcareous formations and areas of Kimmeridgian, aspects regarded as decisive for the wines' freshness and minerality.
