The Prosecco Millesimato DOCG Brut by Casa Vittorino - Astoria represents Italian excellence, celebrated both nationally and internationally for its refined effervescence and elegant structure. This sparkling wine is produced exclusively from hand-harvested Glera grapes from the flourishing hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, an area recognized for its uniqueness and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site.

The winemaking process follows the Charmat method, which involves a second fermentation in large sealed containers to preserve the freshness and original aromatics of the grapes. This particular process gives the Prosecco Millesimato a fine and persistent effervescence that enchants the palate. On the nose, intense aromas of green apple, pear, and floral notes reminiscent of acacia and rose emerge, while a light hint of almond completes the bouquet.

On the palate, the Prosecco Millesimato DOCG Brut - Casa Vittorino - Astoria stands out for its lively acidity and impeccable balance. The finish is clean and refreshing, with a pleasant persistence that invites another sip. This sparkling wine pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, fish-based dishes, and is perfect as an aperitif.

This product is distinguished not only by its organoleptic qualities but also by its attention to sustainability in production. Casa Vittorino - Astoria is committed to maintaining harmony with the territory, valuing the landscape and biodiversity of one of the most renowned sparkling wine regions in Italy.
