This extraordinary Champagne is a taste experience that celebrates the excellence and art of high-quality winemaking.

On the nose, it opens with an elegant aromatic bouquet, characterized by sweet spices, fruity, with notes of black cherry, raspberry liqueur, pomegranate, red currant, blackberry. The first sip reveals a vibrant freshness and refined complexity, with a perfect harmony between acidity and roundness.

The perfection of the effervescence, underlined by a fine and persistent perlage, further elevates the tasting experience. The minerality gives depth and structure to the wine, while the lingering finish leaves a memorable impression.

It lends itself to a variety of gastronomic combinations: appetizers, cheeses, fish dishes and Asian cuisine.

This Champagne is the ideal choice for those seeking sparkling excellence in every glass. Perfect for celebrating special moments or elevating any occasion to the next level of sophistication.

Production philosophy
An approach focused on enhancing Pinot Noir and on the traditional production of Champagne: alongside classic cellar practices, emphasis is placed on parcel blends and on expressing the terroir. The structure is also linked to agricultural practices with environmental recognitions recorded in the registers of the vigneron independants.
