Bradisismo is a wine dedicated to connoisseurs of Supertuscans or Bordeaux blends. The fermentation foresees initial maceration on the skins for about 12 days; subsequently the wine refines for 15 months in barriques French oak, 50% used and 50% new. Before being put on the market, the wine ages for a few months in the bottle.
When poured, it shows an intense ruby red colour. On the nose, it expresses a broad bouquet characterized by fruity notes of cherries followed by hints of undergrowth, followed by nuances of vanilla and bitter cocoa and spicy hints. When tasted, it immediately demonstrates a wine with a good structure, with a persistent, balanced sip, with fine tannins and an enveloping finish to be savored.
A red wine that lends itself well to accompanying red and white meat dishes, with different cooking methods and preparations, as well as aged cheeses.
