Felix Anton Rosso Biologico by Baron Longo is born in Puglia, a historic land that best expresses the qualities of the Primitivo grape with which this wine is produced. Organic cultivation reflects the care for the land and sustainable practices, resulting in an authentic expression of the territory. After fermentation, the wine ages in steel to preserve the freshness and fruity characteristics typical of Primitivo, with notes of ripe red fruits and a spicy touch that enriches the sip. On the palate, it presents itself balanced, with soft tannins and a pleasant persistence. Ideal paired with red meats, flavorful first courses, and aged cheeses, Felix Anton Rosso Biologico is a valid representation of the elegance and strength of the Puglian winemaking tradition. A red that tells the natural bond between vineyard and product, enhancing every glass with authenticity and passion.
