The Centesimino Rubicone IGT "Centuplo" from Tenuta Santa Lucia is an oenological gem hailing from the lush lands of the Emilia-Romagna region. This prestigious wine is made from the Centesimino grape, a native variety that was rediscovered and is particularly appreciated for its distinctive aromatic profile and elegance.

The limited production of "Centuplo" follows a strict winemaking process, where the grapes are meticulously selected and manually harvested at the optimal moment of their ripeness. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the integrity of the grape’s fruity aromas.

The color of this Rubicone IGT is a deep, vivid red, which foreshadows the organoleptic richness of the wine. On the nose, "Centuplo" displays a complex bouquet of ripe small red fruits, hints of violet, and nuances of sweet spices, thanks also to a slight passage in barrique that enriches the aromatic profile without overpowering the freshness of the fruit.

On the palate, the wine is full and balanced, with well-integrated tannic structure and a pleasant aromatic persistence that invites a second sip. Vibrant notes of cherry and raspberry blend with hints of chocolate and a touch of vanilla, creating a harmonious tasting experience.

Perfect for pairing with red meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses, the Centesimino Rubicone IGT "Centuplo" from Tenuta Santa Lucia also stands out as a contemplative wine, capable of evolving and surprising with each sip. Its elegance and complexity make it ideal for special occasions and for wine lovers in search of authentic and territorial expressions.
