The Cuvée from Cuvage, sourced from the renowned lands of Alta Langa DOCG, is an example of a Metodo Classico sparkling wine that enchants connoisseurs with its elegance and sophistication. This sparkling wine is the result of a careful selection of Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes, grown in the highest hills of Piedmont, a region notorious for the production of superior quality wines.

The uniqueness of this sparkling wine begins with its vinification: the grapes are handpicked and meticulously selected before moving on to the bottle fermentation process, following the traditional Metodo Classico. This method, also known as "Champenoise", involves a long maturation on the lees, which for the Cuvée from Cuvage lasts at least 30 months. This process bestows the wine with extraordinary complexity and a creamy texture.

Visually, it presents a bright straw-yellow color with a display of very fine and persistent bubbles that hint at the quality of the sip. On the nose, aromas of fresh fruit, green apple, and peach emerge, with light notes of yeasts and bread crust, enriched by a subtle vein of minerality. The palate is captivated by a lively acidity, which balances harmoniously with a seductive softness, culminating in a long and pleasantly fresh finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, this Cuvée pairs beautifully with light appetizers, seafood, or fish dishes, but can also elevate the moment of a toast in any type of celebration. The Cuvée from Cuvage is not just a wine, but a true sensory experience that satisfies both the palate and the soul.
