Contessa di Radda preserves the rich oenological heritage handed down with dedication by local winemakers. The harvest, carried out in the high altitude vineyards between September and October, takes place under the careful supervision of the expert winemakers from Geografico; the grapes undergo vinification with a maceration of approximately 14 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks.

The wine has an intense ruby red color. The perfume opens with delicate floral hints of sweet violet, followed by fruity notes of plum and morello cherry, and is completed with spicy tertiary nuances.

In the mouth, the wine shows a good balance, with a well-defined tannic texture and a long persistence. It is an excellent choice both in combination with red meats and mature cheeses, particularly recommended with Tuscan pecorino.
