The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOC Extra Dry Cuvée 1926, produced by the renowned Valdo winery, is a true gem of Italian viticulture. With its enchanting heart in the green hills of Veneto, this superior prosecco stands out for the finesse of its bubbles and the elegant balance between sweetness and freshness.

This particular cuvée is born from a careful selection of the best Glera grapes from the area, exclusively hand-harvested. The vinification follows the Charmat method, which preserves the fresh and fruity primary aromas typical of this grape variety. In the glass, the prosecco displays a delicate straw-yellow color with greenish reflections and a fine and persistent perlage.

On the nose, one can appreciate a rich and seductive olfactory range, with notes of ripe white fruit like apple and pear, and citrus hints blending with delicate floral nuances of wisteria and acacia. The entry on the palate is pleasantly soft, followed by a beautiful liveliness that makes it extremely refreshing. The finish is clean, with a pleasant fruity aftertaste that invites another sip.

The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOC Extra Dry Cuvée 1926 is ideal as an aperitif but can excellently accompany light appetizers, delicate fish dishes, or as a surprising pairing with sushi and sashimi. Its versatility and lightness make it perfect for celebrations and special occasions, adding a touch of class and elegance to every moment worthy of a toast.
