The Aglianico Irpinia DOC of Perillo is born in the heart of Irpinia, a volcanic land that gives the Aglianico grape unique and intense characteristics. This wine expresses the Campanian territory with strength and finesse, through a bouquet rich in ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and light earthy notes. On the palate, it is structured, with well-integrated tannins and a pleasant freshness that balances its robust essence.

The aging process, which may include stages in steel and wooden barrels, provides complexity and harmony, enhancing the mineral character and the gustatory persistence typical of this denomination.
