The Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Brut Metodo Classico by Paolo Vettoretti - La Tordera is an exquisite expression of elegance and refinement. This premium sparkling wine hails from the renowned hills of Valdobbiadene, the beating heart of Prosecco production, where vineyards are gently caressed by the cool Veneto breeze and pampered by the mild Italian sun.

The La Tordera winery, with its long winemaking tradition, has crafted "Paolo Vettoretti" following the strict Metodo Classico, which involves a second fermentation in the bottle, giving the wine a surprising complexity and finesse of bubbles. Characterized by a balanced alcohol content and minimal residual sugar, this Extra Brut stands out for its bold taste and palate-refreshing freshness.

Visually, the Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Brut Metodo Classico presents a bright straw-yellow color with fine and persistent perlage, a symbol of high quality. On the nose, it opens with delicate floral notes and nuances of fresh white fruit, followed by a slight hint of bread crust, a result of the long aging on the lees.

On the palate, it is vibrant and clean, with a beautiful acidity that perfectly balances its dry structure. The aromas of green apple and citrus blend with elegant minerality, leading to a long and satisfying finish that invites another sip.

This sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany seafood dishes, fish crudités, or fresh cheeses. A true gem that represents the pinnacle of Valdobbiadene production, perfect for grand occasions or simply to make an everyday moment special.
