The Spumante Extra Dry DOC Prosecco by Conti d'Arco, produced using the Charmat Method, is a celebration of the typical freshness and fruitfulness of the Glera grape variety, grown in the lush hills of Veneto. This sparkling wine is characterized by its delicate balance between sweetness and acidity, making it extremely pleasant and versatile, ideal for any occasion.

The Charmat Method, with secondary fermentation in large closed containers, allows the fresh and lively aromas of Glera to be preserved, ensuring a fine and persistent perlage. This technique emphasizes the natural characteristics of the grape variety, producing a sparkling wine that enhances the pleasantness of the fruit with a touch of sweetness, distinctive of the Extra Dry style.

Visually, it has a bright straw yellow color, crossed by greenish reflections that highlight its freshness. The perlage is lively and persistent, creating an inviting visual sensation. On the nose, it offers an aromatic and captivating bouquet, with notes of green apple, pear and white flowers, enriched with citrus nuances and a light minerality, which give the wine complexity and depth.

In the mouth, the wine is soft and harmonious, with a sweetness well balanced by acidity, which maintains its freshness and drinkability. The fine and persistent bubbles caress the palate, leaving a pleasantly refreshing sensation and a slightly sweet finish, typical of the Extra Dry style.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Spumante Extra Dry DOC Prosecco by Conti d'Arco pairs beautifully with appetizers, fish and seafood dishes, as well as light desserts. Its versatility makes it perfect to accompany the entire meal or to toast in moments of celebration and conviviality.

With its Spumante Extra Dry DOC Prosecco "Charmat Method", Conti d'Arco offers an authentic and joyful expression of Prosecco, which combines the winemaking tradition of the Veneto with a modern and accessible approach, for a tasting experience that invites pleasure and sharing.
