The Tralcetto Dealcoholized Rosso from the renowned Zaccagnini winery represents an innovative interpretation of red wine, with the unique feature of being alcohol-free. This wine is perfect for those who want to enjoy the wine experience while keeping a light, low-calorie beverage.

Produced in the lush vineyards of Abruzzo, known as the heart of Italy's wine country, the Tralcetto Dealcoholized Rosso is the result of a meticulous process of alcohol removal, which preserves all the organoleptic and sensory qualities of the native grapes. On the nose, it offers a rich bouquet that ranges from ripe red fruits such as cherry and blackberry to slightly spicy notes, giving it a complex and pleasantly harmonious aroma.

On the palate, the wine demonstrates a balanced structure where acidity is well aligned with the fruit, delivering a sensation of freshness and purity. Despite the absence of alcohol, this red maintains a vigorous presence in the mouth, with a notable and pleasant finish.

Suitable for a wide range of pairings, the Tralcetto Dealcoholized Rosso pairs wonderfully with light dishes such as mixed salads, tofu-based dishes, or simply as an aperitif. It is also a perfect choice for those who are health-conscious but do not want to give up the pleasure of a good glass of wine.

Innovation and tradition blend in this offering from Zaccagnini, creating a product that meets the needs of the modern consumer, attentive to both well-being and taste. A worthy representative of modern Italian winemaking, ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy wine responsibly.

Iconic "Tralcetto" line with a vine sprig affixed to the bottle. Strong focus on Montepulciano d'Abruzzo and other native grape varieties. Managing approximately 300 hectares of vineyards in the hills of Pescara. Integration with the Argea Group Exhibition space and art collection at the winery, cultural activities initiated in the 1980s.
Winery history
The winery was established as a family-run business in Bolognano and over time has developed a strong territorial identity centered on native Abruzzo grape varieties and the emblematic "Tralcetto". The company website and promotional materials state that the modern history of the estate begins in 1978; documents from the Argea group cite an alternative date, so public sources disagree on the exact year of foundation. In 2023 Cantina Zaccagnini joined the Argea group; the estate is also known for having transformed its cellar spaces into a venue for art since the 1980s.
Production philosophy
Highlighting the Abruzzo region and its native grape varieties with an approach that blends tradition and modern techniques, the brand also conveys a strong artistic sensibility, presenting visual culture as an integral part of the wine experience.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located on the hills of Pescara in Abruzzo, in a territory that ranges from the Apennine Mountains to the Adriatic coast. The estate reports vineyards distributed across the Colli Pescaresi with microclimatic conditions moderated by mountain breezes.
