The Franciacorta Brut Metodo Classico DOCG from Sempiterre, produced by the renowned winery I Barisei, is a refined expression of the Brescia territory, known for the production of some of the best Italian sparkling wines. This Franciacorta Brut is made according to the strict Metodo Classico, which involves fermentation in the bottle and a long maturation period on the yeast. The result is a sparkling wine of great elegance and complexity.

The blend used for this Franciacorta primarily includes Chardonnay grapes, with a small percentage of Pinot Nero, which contributes to the wine's body and structure. On the nose, it is distinguished by its aromatic notes of green apple, citrus, and toasted bread, with a hint of almond that comes from aging on the lees.

On the palate, Sempiterre's Franciacorta Brut is lively and fresh, with a fine and persistent mousse that enhances its fruity notes and creaminess. Its balanced acidity makes it particularly versatile at the table, pairing perfectly with light appetizers, fish dishes, or even as a refined aperitif.

The bottle features elegant packaging that reflects the quality and care of the product. Every detail, from the capsule to the label, is designed to best represent the essence of this prestigious denomination.

Choosing the Franciacorta Brut Metodo Classico DOCG from Sempiterre - I Barisei means enjoying a high-quality product that celebrates the Italian winemaking tradition with a touch of modernity and refinement.
