Winemaking begins with gentle pressing in a lung press, followed by cold decantation of the must before fermentation. During fermentation, the temperature is carefully monitored, keeping it between 18/19°C.
The wine has a floral aroma, enriched by a characteristic note of bitter almond. On the palate, it manifests itself with a velvety softness and good persistence. The marked characteristics and minerality are fully revealed after a period of refinement, both in the stainless steel tanks of the thermoregulated cellar and in the bottle.
This wine goes well with different gastronomic combinations, such as lean appetizers, cold cuts, fresh cheeses.
