The Friulano DOC Friuli Isonzo "La Vila" by Lis Neris is a white wine that reflects the pure expression of the Friulian terroir, combining elegance and complexity. This precious wine, sourced from one of the most renowned viticulture areas, showcases the unique qualities of the Friulano grape, known until a few years ago as Tocai Friulano.

Cultivated in the gravelly soils of the Isonzo, which impart a distinctive minerality and surprising freshness to the wine, the Friulano by Lis Neris spends several months on the lees in stainless steel, a technique that preserves the aromatic freshness of the grape and allows for the evolution of its flavor profile.

On the nose, the wine releases an intense and enveloping bouquet, where notes of ripe fruit, such as peach and apricot, and nuances of white flowers emerge, joined by subtle touches of aromatic herbs. It is a wine that, while maintaining a light structure, offers remarkable aromatic persistence, making it ideal to pair with fish dishes, shellfish, or as an aperitif.

On the palate, this Friulano reveals itself to be harmonious, with a pleasant acidity and a freshness that invites another sip. Its natural elegance also makes it suitable to accompany Asian cuisine dishes, creating a perfect balance of flavors.

Serve chilled, at a temperature of around 10-12°C, to fully appreciate its expressiveness and finesse. A wine that not only tells the story of its land of origin but also offers a rich and enveloping tasting experience.
