Chardonnay Jurosa è un vino affascinante ed equilibrato dalla nordica solarità, capace di migliorarsi e di progredire nel tempo.

L'uva viene selezionata accuratamente e raccolta a mano. La fermentazione è in botti di rovere francese da 500 lt ad una temperatura di 22-24 °C; la maturazione è negli stessi contenitori di fermentazione sul deposito fine per 11 mesi con bâtonnage frequenti. Segue imbottigliamento e affinamento in bottiglia per almeno 12 mesi.

Nel bicchiere si presenta di un colore giallo carico e brillante. All'olfatto squisite note di albicocca, fieno, burro e crema pasticcera inebriano conquistano. Al palato risulta subito un vino pieno, minerale con una vena acida ben bilanciata dalla morbidezza.
Ottimo in abbinamento con tutte le preparazioni a base di pesce dagli antipasti caldi, ai primi piatti fino ai secondi a vapore o in umido, da provare anche con formaggi e carni bianche.
