The Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC "Nivola" by Cleto Chiarli is a sparkling red wine that embodies the lively spirit of Emilia-Romagna, produced by one of the oldest and most respected wineries in the region. With a history dating back to 1860, Cleto Chiarli has perfected the art of viticulture and winemaking, celebrating the authentic flavors of its territory.

This Lambrusco Grasparossa is distinguished by its deep ruby-red color with violet highlights that promise intensity and vitality. On the nose, it offers a rich bouquet of fruity aromas, predominantly blackberries and forest fruits, along with delicate floral hints and a slight spicy note that invites a sip. On the palate, the wine reveals itself fully, with a pleasant effervescence that enhances its freshness and well-balanced acidity.

The structure of this Lambrusco "Nivola" is robust yet harmonious, characterized by soft tannins that make it an ideal companion for traditional Emilia dishes such as gnocco fritto, lasagna alla bolognese, and typical cured meats. The finish is pleasantly persistent, with a lingering aftertaste reminiscent of fresh fruit and a slight liveliness that invites another sip.

Served chilled, this Lambrusco Grasparossa can be enjoyed both as an aperitif and as a relaxing companion at the end of a meal. It is a perfect example of how a sparkling wine can be complex and inviting while maintaining a joyful and easy-drinking experience. With Cleto Chiarli's "Nivola," the Lambrusco experience is elevated to a level of elegance and satisfaction that delights even the most discerning palates.
