For all those who need to preserve already opened bottles of wine for a long period of time, the azotrace is the ideal solution. This instrument, in fact, introduces nitrogen into the bottles, an element which is able to block the oxidation of the wine. For this reason, the nitrogenizer is able to keep open bottles of wine for 3/4 weeks, without altering the quality of the product.
Specifically, this 645mm high, 1002mm wide and 359mm deep nitrogen nitrogen machine is able to block the oxidation of 8 bottles of wine at the same time. Furthermore, thanks to the electronic temperature regulator with separate compartments, it is possible to choose a temperature ranging from 4 to 18 degrees.
Both the inside and the outside are made of steel. The interior is also equipped with a LED lighting system. While on the outside there are digital bottle dispensers, thanks to which it is possible to pour the wine automatically.
