Il Cotes Du Rhone 2020 del Bouquet Des Garrigues, prodotto da Le Clos Du Caillou, è un vino rosso che incapsula l'essenza della regione del Rodano. Questo esemplare si distingue per il suo caratteristico blend di Grenache e Syrah, che conferisce una struttura robusta e un’aromaticità ricca, tipica dei vini della zona. Al naso si liberano note speziate e di frutti rossi maturi, sostenute da un leggero tocco di erbe selvatiche, che evoca il paesaggio garrique circostante la vigna. Al palato, il vino è bene bilanciato, offrendo una piacevole freschezza accanto a tannini morbidi e un finale persistente. Maturato in parte in botti di rovere, arricchisce la sua complessità senza sovrastare la pura espressione del frutto. Eccellente da abbinare con carni rosse grigliate o piatti a base di funghi.
