Il Gigondas 2021 del Chateau Saint Cosme rappresenta un'ottima espressione del terroir unico della regione della Valle del Rodano in Francia. Questo vino rosso è prevalentemente prodotto con uva Grenache, affiancata da Syrah, Mourvèdre e Cinsault, che contribuiscono a creare una complessità notevole nel bouquet e nel gusto. Alla vista si presenta con un colore rosso rubino intenso, preludio di un naso che vibra di aromi di frutti rossi maturi, spezie e una leggera traccia di erbe aromatiche. Al palato, il Gigondas 2021 di Chateau Saint Cosme dimostra una struttura solida ma armoniosa, con tannini ben integrati e una freschezza persistente che porta a un finale lungo e speziato.
