A truly particular product, which comes from the mix between Morro d'Alba grapes and sour cherries (variety of wild cherry). The cherries are harvested in the first weeks of July, and are left to macerate together with the sugar, to produce a syrup with an intense and fragrant flavour. Subsequently it is mixed together with the grapes, and everything is re-fermented again.
The result is something extremely particular and sweet, with a hint of wild cherry. A bizarre idea but with a surprising result!
A wine suitable for a good dessert, or with a good tasty stewed meat dish. Surely it can be that gift idea, different and not obvious that leaves amazement in meditation.
