Gabriel Boudier's Saffron Gin is an extraordinarily unique distillate, born from the fusion of British distillation tradition and the exotic flavors of the East. Produced in France, this gin acquires its distinctive golden color and unique flavor from the addition of saffron, one of the world's most precious spices.
The recipe for this gin was rediscovered from a manuscript dating back to the 19th century, belonging to the archives of the Gabriel Boudier distillery, established in 1874. In addition to saffron, Saffron Gin features a balanced blend of eight botanicals, including coriander, lemon, orange, angelica, and iris, which blend together to create a unique aromatic complexity.
