Gabriel Boudier's Saffron Gin is an extraordinarily unique distillate, born from the fusion of British distillation tradition and the exotic flavors of the East. Produced in France, this gin acquires its distinctive golden color and unique flavor from the addition of saffron, one of the world's most precious spices.

The recipe for this gin was rediscovered from a manuscript dating back to the 19th century, belonging to the archives of the Gabriel Boudier distillery, established in 1874. In addition to saffron, Saffron Gin features a balanced blend of eight botanicals, including coriander, lemon, orange, angelica, and iris, which blend together to create a unique aromatic complexity.

On the nose, Saffron Gin reveals notes of citrus and delicate spices, while on the palate it offers a rich and slightly spicy taste that finishes with a long and sweet finish, where the saffron leaves a persistent and elegant aftertaste.

Perfect to be enjoyed neat or as the base for sophisticated cocktails, Saffron Gin stands out as a true jewel for connoisseurs, offering a sensory journey that touches different continents and centuries of distilling tradition. The elegantly designed bottle and its characteristic saffron color make this gin an ideal gift for gin lovers looking for something extraordinarily different.

This gin is particularly recommended for preparing an excellent Gin & Tonic, where its unique characteristics can be fully appreciated, or in a Martini for those who desire an original twist on a classic aperitif.
