This extraordinary Brut Selection Grand Cru sparkling wine from the Juillet Lallement maison is a true example of elegance and finesse. Produced in the renowned vineyards of the Champagne region, this wine is the result of a careful selection of the best Grand Cru grapes, ensuring unmatched authenticity and exclusivity.

The Brut Selection Grand Cru stands out for its bright golden color and lively effervescence that foreshadows its richness of aromas. On the nose, complex notes of white-fleshed fruits such as pear and peach emerge, enriched with nuances of citrus and slight hints of brioche and almond, due to the long maturation on lees.

On the palate, the wine surprises with its perfect balance between acidity and creaminess. The initial taste is fresh and direct, then evolves into a gustatory complexity where the fruity freshness is balanced with a delicate minerality. The finish is persistent and clean, leaving a refreshing and satisfying sensation.

Ideal as an aperitif, this Champagne pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, fish or seafood dishes, and can also excellently accompany an entire meal, thanks to its remarkable versatility.

The Juillet Lallement Brut Selection Grand Cru is not just a wine, but a true celebration of Champagne style and tradition, offering a refined and memorable sensory experience. A must for lovers of high-quality sparkling wines.

Winery history
The Juillet-Lallement house was established at the beginning of the 20th century through a collaboration between Paul and Arthur Lallement and René Juillet, who registered the collective name R. JUILLET P. & A. LALLEMENT. Management passed to Pierre Lallement, and in 1973 the company joined the Club Trésors de Champagne. In the early 2000s the family baton was taken up by Jean Lallement, supported by his wife Virginie, who still run the business today.
Production philosophy
The approach focuses on respecting natural cycles and on considered, low-impact vineyard management; the stated aim is to showcase the terroirs and grape varieties through responsible farming practices.
Terroir and vineyards
The domaine is located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, in the village of Verzy. The vineyards extend over two terroirs — Verzy and Sillery — both classified Grand Cru, on a chalky subsoil. The parcel structure comprises multiple plots with an average age of around 40 years, plus one older parcel planted in 1949.
