Citadelle Gin is distilled in France using a recipe that dates back to the 18th century, when the town of Dunkirk was renowned for the production of this aromatic spirit. This modern version, packaged in a 1.75-liter bottle, continues to stand out for its unique production method and the rich selection of 19 botanicals that contribute to its complexity and sophistication.
The distillation takes place in small copper stills, allowing Citadelle Gin to retain all the delicate nuances of the botanicals, including lemon peel, juniper, star anise, and lavender flowers.
