Primitivo Puglia IGP Bio - 12 e Mezzo - Varvaglione is a red wine with great personality from the splendid region of Puglia, one of the most renowned areas for wine production in Italy. This Primitivo has a brilliant ruby red color and intense purple reflections that already at first glance promise an enveloping sensory experience.

On the nose, fragrant notes of ripe red fruits emerge, such as cherries, plums and currants, accompanied by subtle nuances of sweet spices, vanilla and cocoa, resulting from aging in wooden barrels. These complex and well-balanced aromas create a harmonious and enveloping bouquet.

In the mouth, Primitivo Puglia IGP Bio - 12 e Mezzo offers a full and enveloping structure, with soft and velvety tannins that caress the palate. Its balanced acidity gives a surprising freshness, while the flavors of ripe fruit and sweet spices intertwine perfectly, giving a long and pleasant taste persistence.

Produced with organic grapes, this wine reflects the Varvaglione winery's commitment to sustainability and respect for the environment, guaranteeing excellent quality and a strong link with the Apulian territory. It is ideal to accompany red meat dishes, roasts, mature cheeses and traditional Mediterranean dishes. A wine that tells the story and passion of a land rich in winemaking tradition.
