The Vermentino di Gallura DOCG "Vigna 'Ngena" produced by Capichera winery is a distinguished example that captures the essence of the terroir of northern Sardinia. This wine, made exclusively from Vermentino grapes, comes from a rigorous selection of the best vines of the estate, located in an area particularly favorable for this variety.

"Vigna 'Ngena" offers a persistent and refined aromatic profile, where intertwining scents of ripe white fruit such as peach and apple are coupled with undertones of white flowers and slight herbal notes. The addition of mineral nuances and a light hint of bitter almond further enriches the bouquet of this wine.

On the palate, the Vermentino di Gallura "Vigna 'Ngena" is structured and consistent with the nose. It has a beautiful acidity and freshness that pairs well with its medium body. The finish is lingering and clean, with a pleasant return of the fruity and floral notes observed in the aroma.

This wine is an ideal accompaniment for elaborate fish dishes, seafood, and fresh cheeses. Its elegance and complexity also make it suitable as a contemplation wine. Best served at a temperature of 8-10°C to enhance all its qualities.

The care in production and the meticulous selection of grapes make the Vermentino di Gallura DOCG "Vigna 'Ngena" a valuable addition for any collector and wine enthusiast, masterfully embodying the typical character and freshness expected from a great Vermentino.
