Al naso, emergono subito le tipiche note vegetali del Sauvignon, con accenti di foglia di pomodoro, peperone verde e un leggero tocco di fiori di sambuco. Seguono poi delicate sfumature fruttate di agrumi, come il pompelmo e il lime, che aggiungono ulteriore complessità e freschezza al bouquet olfattivo.
