The Ricossa Barbera stands out for its intense red color and an aromatic bouquet that evokes notes of ripe cherry and plum, with subtle hints of spices and vanilla due to aging in wood. On the palate, it is vigorous and full-bodied, characterized by a lovely acidity typical of the Barbera grape, ensuring a pleasantly fresh sip and a balanced structure.

Ideal to pair with hearty dishes such as braised meats, meat stews, or aged cheeses, the Barbera Piemonte DOC by Ricossa is an excellent choice for those seeking a wine that combines tradition and convenience without compromising on quality.
