The Nero d'Avola Sicilia DOC of Baglio di Grìsi fully expresses the authentic soul of Sicily, cultivated on calcareous soils that give elegance and structure to the wine. This native grape variety, a symbol of the Agrigento territory, is characterized by an intense ruby red color and a bouquet rich in fruity aromas of cherry and plum, accompanied by delicate spicy and slightly balsamic notes.

The aging in steel preserves freshness and minerality, enhancing a pleasant balance between soft tannins and balanced acidity. On the palate, a enveloping and persistent texture emerges, perfect to accompany Mediterranean traditional dishes such as grilled red meats, aged cheeses, and rich sauces. This Nero d'Avola is an invitation to discover the richness of the Sicilian territory with every sip, offering intense and authentic sensations.
