The Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC "Fondo Malatesta" by Cleto Chiarli encapsulates the vibrant essence of Emilia-Romagna, a region renowned for its sparkling and fruity wines. This particular wine stands as an excellent example of Lambrusco di Sorbara, noted for its vivid color and distinctive aromatic nuances.

Produced with meticulous attention to winemaking traditions, Cleto Chiarli follows a rigorous vinification process that begins with the manual selection of grapes. The result is a wine that presents a light ruby red color, almost transparent, with violet reflections that herald its freshness and liveliness.

On the nose, the Lambrusco di Sorbara "Fondo Malatesta" bursts with intense aromas of fresh flowers, particularly violet, and fruity notes of raspberry and strawberry, with a light hint of cherry. These delicate scents meld perfectly with a slight effervescence, making each sip refreshing and inviting.

On the palate, the wine is dry and light, with well-balanced acidity that supports its freshness and drinkability. The moderate effervescence completes the wine's texture, making it pleasantly lively and ideal for pairing with a variety of dishes, from light appetizers to the more flavorful dishes of Emilia cuisine like cured meats and cheeses.

The Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC "Fondo Malatesta" is more than just a wine; it's an experience that celebrates tradition and innovation, recommended for those who wish to discover the typicality of one of Italy's most beloved sparkling wines. Best served chilled, it is perfect for social occasions and festive moments.
