The Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC "Vigneto Cialdini" produced by Cleto Chiarli is a sparkling red wine that captivates with its intensity and liveliness. This wine, one of the most acclaimed from the Cleto Chiarli winery, originates from Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes grown in the prestigious area of Castelvetro in Emilia-Romagna, a region renowned for producing quality wines.

With a deeply ruby coloration that almost tends towards purple, the Vigneto Cialdini stands out for its rich and persistent bouquet, offering intriguing notes of ripe red fruits such as blackberry and cherry, enriched by floral nuances and a slight spicy touch. On the palate, it presents a perfect harmony between acidity and sweetness, a characteristic that makes this Lambrusco particularly balanced and pleasant to drink.

The liveliness of the bubbles and the structure of the wine combine harmoniously, making it ideal as an accompaniment to traditional dishes of Emilia cuisine, such as cured meats and cheeses, but also suitable for more structured dishes like red meats or rich pasta dishes.

Produced following traditional methods that respect the authentic spirit of the territory, the Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC "Vigneto Cialdini" by Cleto Chiarli represents an excellent choice for those who wish to discover the intensity and originality of Emilia's sparkling reds. This wine not only tells the story of a fertile and vibrant land but also bears witness to the passion and commitment of a historic winery that continues to promote quality and innovation in Lambrusco production.
