The Franciacorta DOCG Brut Blanc de Blancs by Monogram Franciacorta is a superb exemplification of Italian sparkling wine mastery, representing the wine-growing heart of Lombardy with elegance and refinement. This sparkling wine, produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, reflects the high quality of the selected vineyards and the meticulous attention dedicated to every phase of production, from the careful manual harvest to the long maturation on the yeasts.

The "Blanc de Blancs" by Monogram presents a bright straw yellow color, embellished with a fine and persistent perlage that dances in the glass, promising a first-class tasting experience. On the nose, the bouquet is rich and complex, with notes of white pulp fruit, such as apple and pear, enriched by nuances of citrus and a delicate floral touch, followed by elegant hints of toasted bread and hazelnut, the result of the long leavening.

On the palate, Franciacorta Brut Blanc de Blancs offers a perfect harmony between freshness and structure, with a lively acidity that balances the aromatic richness. The texture is creamy and enveloping, leading to a long and savory finish, which leaves a pleasant sensation of cleanliness and freshness, with an aftertaste reminiscent of fresh fruit and toasted notes.

This Franciacorta is ideal as an aperitif, but its versatility makes it an excellent companion for a wide variety of dishes, from delicate appetizers to fish, seafood and white meat dishes. Its elegance and complexity also make it a perfect choice for celebrating special occasions.

Monogram Franciacorta, with its Brut Blanc de Blancs, offers a sublime interpretation of the Franciacorta area, combining tradition and innovation to create a sparkling wine of undisputed quality and pleasure, which stands out for its finesse and identity.
