The Anjou Rouge "Les Coteaux D'Ardenay" from the Patrick Baudouin winery is a red wine that elegantly expresses the unique terroir of the Loire Valley. This wine is the result of attentive and environmentally respectful winemaking practices, as Patrick Baudouin is known for his commitment to organic and biodynamic agriculture.

The color of this Anjou Rouge is a deep, invitingly bright red. On the nose, it stands out for its notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and plum, with a slight hint of spices and a subtle presence of earthy aromas, which testify to its origin and the type of soil on which the vines are grown.

On the palate, "Les Coteaux D'Ardenay" presents itself with a balanced structure, where acidity and tannins are harmoniously fused together. The flavor is persistent, with an aftertaste that invites another sip, making it an ideal companion for dishes based on red meat, game, or aged cheeses.

This wine not only tells a story of passion and dedication but also represents an excellent choice for those seeking an authentic and characterful French red.
