Brut Réserve by Pol Roger is a classic of Champagne, a symbol of elegance and artisanal perfection in the Champagne region of France. Produced with traditional grapes such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, this champagne represents the refined expression of the chalky terroir and the hills of the Montagne de Reims. It matures for a minimum period in the bottle, following the strict classic method, which imparts freshness and structural complexity to the wine.

In the glass, it presents a very fine and persistent perlage, while the bouquet develops notes of green apple, fresh citrus and hints of bread crust due to aging on the lees. The palate is balanced, characterized by vibrant acidity and a slender but persistent body, which gently accompanies a mineral aftertaste. The elegance and gustatory cleanliness make Brut Réserve an ideal companion for fish appetizers, shellfish and mollusk dishes, but also an excellent aperitif.

The Magnum version, contained in a wooden case, is particularly appreciated for better preservation and for the tasting experience, especially on special occasions and convivial moments. An icon of balance and finesse, to discover or rediscover.

Winery history
Founded in 1849 by Pol Roger, the house moved to Épernay in the early 1850s and is still managed by the family's descendants. During the 20th century the house consolidated its reputation, forging a historic link with Winston Churchill and developing a network of estate vineyards complemented by supplies selected from Grands e Premiers Crus. In recent decades the house has renovated its cellars and refreshed its image while maintaining traditional winemaking practices and long cellar aging.
Production philosophy
Pol Roger focuses on stylistic consistency and grape quality: separate vinifications by cru and variety, predominant use of steel and concrete, extended time on the lees and traditional riddling. Grape selection favors high-quality crus to preserve elegance, structure and finesse.
Terroir and vineyards
Based in Épernay, it sources grapes from its own vineyards and from growers in the main Champagne areas, including Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne and Côte des Blancs. The Maison uses grapes from selected Grand Cru and Premier Cru sites.
