From one of France's most prestigious wine regions, Montlouis "Les Borderies" from Les Terres Turones cellars represents the excellence of the area's winemaking. Strategically located along the Loire Valley, this wine stands out for its elegant complexity and finesse.

With an alcohol content perfectly balanced with its structure, Montlouis "Les Borderies" is produced exclusively from Chenin Blanc grapes. This grape variety, renowned for its versatility and high natural acidity, imparts exceptional liveliness and lasting freshness to the wine. On the palate, notes of green apple, quince, and a slight hint of honey harmoniously combine with a subtle minerality reflecting the limestone terroir where the vines are grown.

This wine presents itself with a light, bright straw yellow color, with greenish reflections suggesting its youthful freshness. On the nose, it is rich and aromatic, with extraordinary olfactory complexity ranging from white flowers to citrus, culminating in delicate hints of hazelnuts and light spices.

Montlouis "Les Borderies" is ideal as an aperitif but pairs wonderfully with seafood, steamed fish, and fresh goat cheeses. A wine that promises to evolve superbly, it offers an ideal drinking window extending over several years.
